One of the rights that one has when going for supplemental Medicare insurance is free-look time. Blimey -its flippin cold; my digits are in dire straits of getting all tangled up; forgive me if this comes out like gobbledegook!
Me and my trusty Arf were asked some weeks ago now, to give a talk at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich. Its a mental health trust and we were to give a presentation to the Service Users Council. So I put my thinking cap on (hoping it would do the trick!) and adapted my speechy thing to include my experience of depression and anxiety. I wanted to engage with them; not to preclude or ignore them.
We arrived after being almost blown to the North Pole and shown to a room where about 25 people were having a VERY noisy and lively discussion.
